Leviticus 1:11-13

¹¹ He shall slaughter it on the north side of the altar in the presence of the Lord. Then Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall splash its blood against all sides of the altar. ¹² When he has cut it into sections, together with its head and its fat, the priest is to lay them out on the wood that is on the fire on the altar. ¹³ Then he is to wash the inner organs and the lower legs with water. The priest shall present all of it and send it up in smoke on the altar. It is a whole burnt offering, an offering made by fire, with a pleasing aroma to the Lord.
